Sometimes the most obvious is lost in the searching for details. The very fact that so many people missed the error says something about how it could happen.
The problem with this picture: A graphic element that the newspaper uses for a story related to the Tennessee General Assembly is inserted in a story on a U.S. House bill.
Maybe we shouldn't be so quick to criticize.
