found male intact basset mix on 5 July 08

40pds brown and white speckled Basset mix. He is a thick stubby fellow. No offense intended. Male not neutered, no collar.
Showed up in my yard on 5 July 08. Perhaps running from fireworks.
Very affectionate. Stays in the area by his own accord. My yard is not fenced. 865-233-3511
