WSMV: Woman says Blount company favors foreign labor

WSMV Nashville:

She was told that the job at Pope's Plant Farm in Greenback required her to work 80 hours a week and she'd be the only English-speaking person there.

According to the news report, she has filed a discrimination complaint with the Justice Department.

Hmmmm.... How often does that happen? How many jobs are out there that citizens want but are discouraged from taking? Businesses don't want to follow the rules?
