The city of Chattanooga, Tenn., was "one of the most polluted cities in America" and "now it’s an international model of sustainable development."

From the "preview" of topics. I have been saying Blount and Knox Counties, Alcoa, Maryville, and Knoxville should all be looking at Chattanooga for guidance in keeping the community beautiful.
